We think we know, but we do not

It's amazing how an old man's lesson to me during high school still, from time to time, comes up and reminds me about things that i shouldn't forget. Thank you Mr. Pagsi.

"We think we know, but we do not..."

...One of the his quotable quotes that the whole class should memorize always, just in case he gives out a pop quiz about it =D. It really was a chore memorizing those words he'd often put up on the board on a really old manila paper; written using only a marker pen. It felt inspiring for a while, but eventually, ended up as a hassle for most of us (since we were somewhat failing the quizzes about it, i think). Anyhow, I like the ring of this saying. Says a lot about my college experience. I must admit. I was a cocky guy when i first stepped on these college grounds. I really felt like nothing could bring me down. I though I knew. But apparently, I didn't. So...somehow, now I'm really trying to know more about college and about how it works.

Kinda shallow writing at this point. I don't really feel the cheesy and inspired style of writing right now, so bear with me. It's just that I hope you guys also keep in mind this very wonderful saying. It's pretty handy...trust me =D. In times when you have full confidence about yourself, take caution and take it step by step. Cause sometimes, we really think we know, but we really do not.
